Arsaya Chicken Recipe
1 entire chicken, cleaned, cut into 4 pieces
10 cups water or 2½ liters
8 entire cardamom cases
3 little cinnamon sticks
3 chicken stock bouillon 3D shapes
1½ cups rice or 300 g
4 tablespoons ghee
The most effective method to get ready
Clean and wash chicken pieces, place them in a huge pot with the 10 cups of water. Bring to bubble, eliminating foam as it shows up.
